By accessing or browsing CAREER 720 ("Platform", "Website", "We", "Us"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using this platform immediately.

2. Platform Nature & Disclaimer

CAREER 720 is an independent educational publisher and review aggregation platform. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by any coaching institute, university, or examination board. Trademarks, logos, and institute brand names are used strictly for informational identification and fair-use comparative analysis under Indian copyright and trademark provisions.

3. User Submissions & Review Rules

When submitting a review, comment, or feedback as a Student or Parent, you warrant that:

  • The review reflects your genuine personal experience as an enrolled student or lawful guardian.
  • You are not an employee, commercial marketing agent, or competitor acting to post defamatory or false promotional material.
  • Your feedback does not violate any confidentiality, intellectual property, or criminal defamation statutes.

CAREER 720 reserves the unconditional right to audit, reject, edit for profanity, or remove reviews that violate our Anti-Astroturfing Guidelines.

4. Free Counselling Service

The "Book Free Counselling" service connects aspirants with certified academic advisors. While we strive to provide objective fee charts and syllabus pacing advice, admission decisions, fee concessions, and scholarship awards remain at the sole discretion of individual coaching administrations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CAREER 720, its directors, or inspectors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from coaching admission decisions, financial disputes, hostel agreements, or exam outcomes.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
